We are pleased to announce that you can now configure systems on our website and pay in Euros € and USD $. You can also choose delivery to 29 different countries which includes all delivery charges and fees.

We hope that this makes the PCS experience a better one for those who live outside the UK (or for those who have European/USD bank accounts) and watch this space for further improvements in June/July.

Would you ever consider giving us forumites a little insight into PCS as a business? Do you have a significant proportion of European/rest of world sales? How long has PCS been running? How did it start? Where do you guys see the company in ten years? That sort of thing. Im sure your builders are pretty busy, but it'd be really interestingto hear their thoughts on what cases they enjoy/are a pain to install, what they would put in their own rigs etc. Just a thought.

May one inquire the name of the courier that PCS is using to deliver to other EU nations please, as quality of delivery is paramount when dealing with deliveries of this distance.

Please do not use GLS (subsidiary of parcel farce) as I waited 7 weeks for a parcel to get to portugal that I ordered from the UK. Anything that you mail to the EU using parcel farce is actually sent via GLS (https://gls-group.eu/) Loads of Ex-pats are screaming about the shoddy service that they get ordering things from the UK with this company.

Royal Mail are scamming people into thinking that when you post via parcel force its actually delivered by parcel force, which it is not.

I think that DPD is pretty global so DPD will be used and should only get transfered to someone else if there is no local DPD delivery.
