Parts used in builds

Hi,


I'm new to PC's and have ordered a build which includes an AMD 5700 xt GPU. i'm aware of driver issues this card had at release and i'm comfortable investing in this card due to the lack of options in GPUs at the moment.

I'm mostly posting on here regarding how parts are picked for builds, will the 5700 xt i buy be a reused part or a brand new GPU? and if it is reused, would a gpu with a history of driver issues be reused?

It will be brand new, PCS only use brand new components

As above. This issue has been raised before and PCS have been clear that they don't knowingly use recycled or used parts, all parts are new.
