Overclocked Intel® Core™ i7-8700K vs standard

Hello,

Whats the difference between Overclocked Intel® Core™ i7-8700K Six Core (3.7GHz @ up to 4.8GHz) and standard. Thought that the standard went to up to 4.7 GHz using Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0

So is it just that extra .1GHz gain or is there something i'm missing - lol -

The 8700k goes upto 4.7GHz on 1 core. On 6 cores it's 4.3GHz iirc. So the OC is upto 500MHz x 6 cores.
