Out of stock, a little advice would be nice

Just received email from pcs saying that 750GB WD CAVIAR BLACK are out of stock and are gonna be restocked on 04.10.11. And my order is about to go in production but because of this it won't start till 04.10.11. I was wondering if they started building it on 4.10 would I get lucky enough to receive it on 8.10.11(I choose Saturday delivery as that is the only day when somebody for 100% is at home). I ordered pc without the video as I am gonna use GTX 570 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition and I already have a monitor, as seen in my first thread. If not, I could change it to 1TB wd caviar black but if I amended my orders would it take longer for my pc going into building? Are they in stock

Amending orders shouldn't delay anything if you are still in Pre-Production, it might be a good idea to do so, upgrading shouldn't cost you too much and if thats the only thing thats out of stock then that should get them into building almost straight away. I'm ordering a 1TB WD Caviar Black and they didn't mention to me anything about out of stock. You can amend orders online or give them a bell with your order number, they are very helpful with these things.

Hi got an e-mail today saying my computer built and awaiting test. It has 2x 1Tb wd black. dont think they are much dearer.

Yesterday PC went into building but today I logged in gmail and found an e-mail from PCS(also received yesterday) saying that my PC has now been built and is awaiting testing and configuration but the thing is that it still says that it's still in building. So either it really has already been built and it's just that the status hasn't been updated or it's a wrongly sent e-mail( I personally hope that it has been already built)

As far as I know (though I could be wrong), it doesn't get marked as in testing on your account until its actually in testing, so since yours is awaiting testing it'll still look like its in building on the order tracking thing and should get updated when it actually goes into testing.

How long it usually takes for a Pc to go in to testing? PC got finished building on Friday and I thought that it is going into testing on Monday but it didn't so I wanted to know if their some kind of waiting time till it goes into testing or are just busy with building and testing other people PC.

Looks like I won't be getting my PC this week
It looked so promising at first, got built on Friday, though it was gonna go into testing on Monday.
Now if it even goes into testing on Friday and into quality control on Monday I still wouldn't receive till next Saturday. I would be more saddened if it went into testing on Thursday and finished quality control on Friday(doubtful) and they wouldn't be able to deliver on Saturday.

Today received my MSI GeForce GTX 570 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition, it looks fantastic.

When I went to take a look at my order whether anything has changed I saw a new order for my power supply: Change to CORSAIR 650W ENTHUSIAST SERIES™ TX650 V2-80 PLUS® BRONZE (£72) from 600W Quiet 80 PLUS Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan (£59)
It looks like it was free of charge as Total Order Price is £0.00. At least I hope so because on Saturday I had to do some spending and on previous day I had bought my video card so I don't think that on my debit card there would be enough to cover the change. And it would su*k if I had to wait till Friday when I get paid so that I could pay additional £13 so that they could finish testing it.
And looks Like I will have to buy that 120mm Case Fan which now I won't be getting.
