OK guys so here is a very revised (on editor at least five times a day) spec. Main uses will be intensive video/photo editing, (gaming, don't tell the Mrs) and graphic design work. What do you all think? Anything lacking or extra that's cool you would recommend?

Very nice
I'd check the compatibility of your monitors with nvidia 3d vision though, you could also go for a modular PSU for better cable management/airflow but not essential.

Do you intend on adding a second gpu for Sli?
If not then you can downgrade the mobo and PSU.
Everything else looks great

I know that the BenQ monitor is compatible and I know the Dell isn't. The dell is an IPS so that will be my monitor for the work side of things and the BenQ is purely for FUN

I do intend to add another GTX 670 in a year or so if it starts getting tired at the latest games then. Why the downgrade on the mobo?
