My third PC Specialists laptop this - nice looking, good action on the keyboard. But not without glitches. Using Chrome, web pages can sometimes take an age to load, especially when opening more than one at a time. Using incognito mode is especially slow.
The mains connection also seems a bit flimsy to me so we'll see hot long it lasts.
Also laptop locked out one night whilst doing nothing more than reading an article. Reported to PC Specialists so they are aware of that in case of future issues; both my previous laptops the SSD failed although one did last ten years.
Otherwise all working fine so far.
