Wouldn't the information on customers service be more accurate than a user? Perhaps they get different batches of screens? If I were you I would try to email them to get an official confirmation.
tried already
but some say is 48hz and some 60hz so is kind of confusing, they are probably getting the 48hz on the outdated screen info on the website.
thats why im asking the owners
seems weird that the defiance 15" mounts a 60hz screen and the octane not

Customer service information is incredibly unreliable. I contacted them a few times for information and I was either met with no reply, no answer or sketchy information that I later found out to be false. The ONLY way I've had any genuine information was on the phone (oh and via James on here).
To that end, IMO, it's always best to call PCS as there just seems to be more effort when it's a human voice at the end of a comm.
As an example, the Octane III 17.3" spec shows 60hz in the configurator. It's a 75hz panel, the same as every other 1080p, non 120hz, screen that shipped with the P775DM3.
Do you happen to know if that screen can safely OC to 75HZ(on the 15 inch Octane III) by going to max to 80+ and meaning that 75HZ is a safe oc? Also do you know which clevo model the frame is from P751DM2-G or P750DM2-G? I'm asking too much but I'm really curious. Also it's quite a lot of money for me before committing. Thanks in advance!
