Octane VI sound not working

Can anyone help me my sound is not working anymore, I recently bought a new gaming headset I think it is some sort of driver conflict.

I have tried the following:
Troubleshooting results in "Audio services not responding not fixed" - I have gone to services.msc and stopped, started and restarted windows audio, and endpoint builder
Windows update + Additional updates
Installed DriverEasy and gone up to date with everything
Reinstalled Nvidia drivers (which include some sound drivers)
Installed RealTek PCIe
Is there a link to the manufacturers audio drivers someone can share for Octane VI laptop windows 11?
While I am here too I have been unable to get this headset to work, it is a Bose QC4, which is a bluetooth headset, but I do not want to use the bluetooth because it lowers the game sound volume to be like on a call if using the mic at the same time. So I bought an external boom mic that clips onto it with a 3.5mm jack. On the side of the Octane VI there is an icon with what looks like headphones and mic, then a line out, then a mic icon, then a line in icon. I got a splitter to go on the end of the 3.5mm jack that has a mic icon and headphone icon, but I am unsure which hole to put these in, for some reason the mic one is picked up in the line in hole but I don't know which one to put the jack for the headphones.

Unfortunately you'll need to do a clean install as driverinstall with have corrupted your system.

Never use "driver optimisers" they're snake oil and harmful to windows stability if not worse.
