Octane V keyboard lights

Does anyone know why the keyboard lights just randomly go off? Sometimes randomly they come on then go off again.
The battery is at 100% and plugged in. Opening the Flexikey app turns the lights on briefly then it goes off again

You may need to update your control center software otherwise known as hotkey.

You can find the latest version from www.clevo.com.tw, the clevo model number will be on the underside of the laptop.
