Octane laptop power consumption

Hi

Last year i purchased a Octane laptop, spec roughly as follows

9700k - with slight underclock
2070
16gb Ram
1 x m.2 ssd
2 x 1tb mechanical hdd

I was mainly wondering if there was an easy way to view power consumption whilst everything is at full chat. Is there some software that i can use to get a rough idea?
Im currently living abroad at the moment and looking at off grid solutions to where im living so i can still game.

At full chat it will be whatever the wattage of your power adapter is, near enough.
