Hi guys

Just wanted to ask, in my stormtrooper case everything seems nice and cool but when I download GPU-Z and check the temps on the GPU (980ti) it says temperature is 54c. Is that normal? This is pretty much in idle mode not having done any gaming but been browsing desktop/internet for few hours.

Mine is currently at 59 degrees, just watching the internet. So, no, I don't think your temperature is concerning.

This thread has been very useful for me. It has brought to my attention that my 980ti was stuck in a high activity state after having been playing GTA (probably would be the case with any game). It was in fact at 69 degrees with the fans working at 52%. I've probably been wasting electricity like this for ages without noticing. After signing out and back in it had dropped to 59 degrees with the fans not active. After booting up today and starting to watch a Twitch stream it was at 34 degrees, now at 54 degrees.
