I have had a continuous issue with my 15 inch Vyper III, when playing or doing any demanding work the screen would go black for a second or two every few minutes. Just go black and then back on like nothing happened.
It would happen even when the tenps were under 80°C so I assumed it was a Windows/Driver issue since I was also consistently getting an win10/nvidia driver related error message in the event viewer.
After the latest win 10 patch the error stopped but the black screen problem was as bad as ever so I finally decided to try to change the pase and clean my laptop.
All went well untill I got to the heatsink and found out that the screws were apparently tightened by hercules and made of tin.
The FIRST screw didnt even budge and first stripped my soft steel screwdriver and then got stripped by a hardeer one.
I cant wait for 3 weeks for it to get repaired because I depend on the laptop and now I cant ever clean it in the future since at this point the heatsink might as well be riveted to the board.
