Not suitable for cooling an 8 core processor..

Hi all, this is probably like my 5th account since I keep on forgetting about my other accounts! >.<
Anyway, I'm building myself a few PCs for friends and family, and I was using this site as a reference, as I bought PCs from here before and I know how amazing they are! :D Anyway, I was wondering would I be able to fit Hyper-X Genisis Ram in there, while using an aftermarket cooler (titan universal cooler (The triple copper heatpipe option. The one air cooled one)). When I checked to see weather it was do-able, it said that the cooler was not suitable for cooling an 8 core cpu (FX8350). I tried it then with a H100i, and it said the same thing. Anyone else noticed this? I'm guessing its some sort of bug.. Also, does anyone know will I have enough room to fit my ram (with heatsinks) in there as well as an aftermarket cooler? I know from experience that its often very, very tight.. Thanks for checking out my post. Any help would be appreciated!
PS: I know, this probably isn't the right area to post this in, but there didn't seem to be any place better..

There's been a couple of comments around the forum saying similar things about the triple copper heatpipe not being compatible. Might be worth dropping PCS an email, they normally respond within 24 hours :) Does seem to be some kind of bug though.

The universal cooler should be fine with a modicum of overclocking (according to Overclockers anyway). If thats the case I'd say your case choice should be made with best airflow in mind. I can't comment on the compatibility however the dimensions look identical to my air cooler, and when deciding on the ram for my rig i went through a few configurations of samsung/kingston and nothing was flagged.

@Grimzey: Yea, I'll probably pm them about it, as it seems to be the case.. @Blackdog: Thanks, and yea, my new case is going to be a Z11 Plus. Just out of interest, what cooler do you have? I have a Titan cooler in my personal rig, and I haven't been 100% pleased with it myself, especially the fan (very noisy under load..)

I also have the titan cooler myself, and noise hasn't been too much for me, and my case isn't the quietest (Inwin dragon rider.) I only run a 3570 at stock speeds and it stays super cool as i'd expect.
