Can I jump in on this, as I've been getting similar issues.
I've had my PC for about a year and a half, and this issue of "no HDMI signal" just started this morning (14th June). It seems to happen when my PC awakes from sleep mode. I haven't changed or altered anything at all - no hardware, or settings etc. Neither have I swapped any HMDI cables to different ports.
No Windows updates preceding this as far as I'm aware (last one was 28th May - 2022-05 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5013889)). And my monitor is plugged into the GPU.
The only thing I can do to get it to work is to reboot via the button on the PC, or when I unplug and plug back in the HDMI cable, it automatically restarts. The PC then makes one long beep followed by three short beeps.
However... I just awoke the PC to type this message and it works!? I turned the monitor on from standby and then clicked the mouse to wake the machine up.
