No media on boot, m.2

So I just bought a pc for Pcspecialist but when I went to boot it up for the first time it said no media and went straight to bios, when looking in the sata info it said I only had the hhd and no m.2 I’m kinda confused and I know what to do next

The motherboard is a x470 tuf and the m.2 is a 500gb Samsung 970 eco plus

Call PCS immediately. It's possible something came loose in transit but if its DOA you really should call PCS.
