I bought the Initia Series: 15.6" laptop for my wife's birthday following my own purchase of a Ionico Series: 17.3" back in November.
As this was to be used for general web browsing, email and maybe video calls did not need a high spec machine. I went for the i3 duel core processor, 16Gb ram and single 256gb SSD which should give the option of expanding with another SSD as and when required.
Overall my wife is very impressed with the laptop and finds it more convenient than her existing HP desktop.
Obviously compared with my Ionico some things like the backlit keyboard are more basic as are some of the other settings.
The one disappointing feature it the fact that the camera is not IR and therefore does not support Windows Hello Face as a log-on option. Not a deal breaker and so far everything else seems well designed and good performance.
As mentioned this is not going to be pushed an any way such as a gaming machine and hence the spec selected should be fine for a few years use.
As a general comment I like that you can configure the system and also that you get regular updates on the build process.
Both laptops are less than 3 months old so reliability etc has yet to be determined.
