It would help if you could post the full spec from the config page (including everything from the case at the top, to the price & link at the bottom), as detailed below...

...and let us know what resolution / refresh rate you'll be playing at...as this will dictate the GPU choice.

Would personally advise a faster and larger storage SSD given you've gone so strong on everything else. The 2TB+ Samsungs are worthwhile and have faster read/write speeds.

Worthiness depends on the model, as the 990s have not had a stellar introduction and most on here would steer clear of them.

Plus you really don't want a single large drive for everything, as it's putting all your eggs in one basket. We'd recommend at least 2...#1 for Windows/apps/game launchers; #1 for game installs...and of course we'd suggest the fastest/more reliable/highest endurance to be the Windows drive as it will be in constant use.

I'd also say there are some other areas where the OP has not 'gone so strong'...such as a quite basic motherboard, sub-optimal RAM, lowest recommended PSU, Norton malware, etc.

So are you sticking to gaming at 4K, or will the monitor be a 144hz wide/ultrawide/superwide 1440p model?

Do you have any SSDs that are being transferred over, or are you expecting the 1TB SSD in the config to hold everything (understanding that modern AAA games can be over 100GB EACH)?

Pity there's only 1 5080 available on the configurator (one of the more expensive ones @ £1400), so it's adding £200-£400 to the cost without adding any extra performance. If it was me, I'd buy a 5080 elsewhere (@ £1000+) and fit it yourself...but due to the poor global stocks of these you have to chase down one that's in stock / pre-order and take your chances with everybody else...so the premium for the Asus one from PCS may be worth it to you.

This is where I'd be with the same GPU included...and so you can subtract upto £400 off this price if you decide to go for an alternative card (if one comes into stock at PCS, or if you go elsewhere).
