Hi
I'm thinking of buying a Gaming PC from novatech.com.
Due to my lack of General PC knowledge I want to know how long these components will last for and how good value these specs are.

Windows 7 (this is by preference don't like windows 8)
Intel i5 processor
1 TB hard drive
128 GB SSD
8 GB RAM
nVidia GTX 750 GeForce graphics card
22x DVD writer
500W PSU
Intel H81 chipset motherboard

Cost with OS: £644

We can not help you with a purchase from another company, however we can help recommend a PC from PCSpecialist website. What is your max budget?

Sorry, but as these forums belong to pcspecialist who sell custom-built computers it's not allowed to discuss specs from elsewhere.
If you post a budget and intended usage, gaming etc,I'm sure one of the members will be able suggest a PCS spec for you.

Since these forums belong to PCSpecialist who sell custom built PCs and laptops, we are not allowed to discuss builds from competitors, but I'm sure some forum members can put some PCS specs together for you, I presume your budget is about £650, or can you go higher?

Edit: I type far too slow ....

The forum rules state that competitor builds are not to be reviewed, also please watch your language - these are family friendly forums.

We can create a PCS spec for you if you want, if you can confirm your budget, but the only thing I would say is that the GTX750 is a fairly low-ish end graphics card.
