new pc....tested by pcs yet 2 display ports are ...faulty?

Hi guys, i was well chuffed to receive my new pc this week. Now i would not have noticed this but my pc went to sleep and when i restarted it the graphics display gave a weird colour hashing screen so assumed il try another port. Now much to my surprise my display port cable....cant fit in either because they appear to be damaged? am i wrong to assume this? i dont want to force it. i only ever hooked it into the first port i wanted to use, never even thought of testing the others when i got the pc but considering that these pcs are built to order and 'tested' surely they would have noticed this???
Can these get damaged in transit? very odd to me. This is a VERY expensive card (the rog strix 3090) . I cant imagine its my cable since it fits into the first port like butter.
At this point i have 1 monitor but that might change in future, i used to have a 2 monitor setup , and well yes id like to utilise the other display ports... posting build below and image of the ports

yes they are damaged, sort an RM A for the graphic card through your account, they should send you one out by DPD, who will take the damaged one back to PCS

Yeah thanks, called them up and they should be able to sort it hopefully. Im kinda glad i noticed coz honestly i would never have checked the other 2 ports

I’m very pleased you noticed this sooner rather than later, I have no idea how that would have happened without someone trying to ram an incompatible connector into it.

PCS will sort it and send a replacement, hopefully doesn’t take long.
