EDIT; On top of this in games, I get massive frames to drop, as well as shuttering in-game
I know absolutely nothing about computers if I am being honest, I was playing Garrys Mod, when all of a sudden my game crashed and closed, then it brought me back to the desktop, and about 20 seconds later, my computer crashed. These are the pictures I got. (Sorry about bad quality)
