Lets start with that:
- Weird "humming" sound under load - I tried to configure fans speed and IO pump, and it worked but only in idle. Every time it gets under any load (games etc.) its start making weird "humming" sound.
- Some games takes ages to load. Double click the game - nothing is happening, waiting, waiting staring at the home screen and then it finally launched.
- Weird random lags / freezes even just browsing the internet.
- Wallpaper disappears every time when clicking "refresh"

Windows is fully updated, Nvidia settings double checked, power plan and stuff is set to maximum performance.
Running on the latest BIOS, XMP enabled.

Any ideas on what could cause the above problems?

Really appreciate your time!

I'm guessing the thrumming is the cooler trying to keep the i9 cool, and failing, so the pump & fans will be running at max and still not keeping it cool.

What is the PC being used for, gaming only or is it a productivity machine?

Well, I've got CPU temperature displayed on the cooler screen, and it never got even close to 60 degrees.
That weird noise is happening even browsing the internet or watching YT - Just weird how you called it thrumming noise, and back to silence after few seconds. Idle CPU temp and while browsing is only 31 degrees.

PC is used mostly for gaming, nothing else.

Well, INTEL is DOA, so it's not surprising that it's not working correctly.

It's a shame you didn't seek advise before purchasing such a dead platform; with AMD, you might have had a much better gaming system for less money and upgradeable over its whole lifespan.

When did you get that PC? If you happen to be inside the 14-day period, I strongly recommend that you request a refund and then seek guidance on a system that is really valid for your needs.

I just got it last weekend, and trying to get it running smoothly since.
I'm not a Intel fanboy, but always had PC based on Intel so I just vent for it now as well.
That's why I'm asking here for help or maybe someone know some sort of solution for it, but now when you mentioned that i might as well return it and go with AMD.

Will wait a little bit longer, trying things.
Really appreciate your help and feedback!

EDIT: Also had it build and tested and QC passed so I expected to be nice and stable at least...

It will never run smoothly, I'm afraid. Your only choice is to request a refund while you are still eligible, and we will advise you on a suitable PC for your needs. I strongly advise you not to waste time on it and do not let the 14-day term expire.
