new gaming and music production spec + which monitor?

Hi all, i am contemplating two builds, one is super top of range with 34 inch monitor inclusive being about £4200, the other is this below, which of course is massive saving but without the monitor, can you please advise of any suggested refinements and what monitor would be suitable and efficient for this ranging from 27 inch to 34 inch.

Rather than this build, switch to a Z270 build with a 7700k overclocked. The gaming performance will be better, and the CPU/mobo are somewhat cheaper.

This will let you have a GTX 1080, which would pair well with a ~£500-600 1440p 144hz monitor.

And if you're looking to saving cash, ditch the extra RAM. You can always add more in the future. Gaming will not need more than 16gb, it barely benefits from more than 8gb

Either go with your monster build, or a Z270 build, but in terms of both performance and value the i7 7800k is the worst of all worlds.

£2200 for a build that only has a GTX 1060 in it isn't even worth considering.
