New Desktop For Light Gaming

I'm looking for a new Desktop to play Dawn of War 2 and Civ 5 on low to medium settings, though I'm not too bothered about Civ 5. I have a small budget of £650 and I'm only looking for the tower as I have a screen, mouse and keyboard.

COOLERMASTER SILEO 500 QUIET MID TOWER CASE - you could change this case, to a slightly cheaper case, but i think it looks sleeker than the others.

AMD PHENOM II X4 965 (3.40GHz/8MB CACHE/AM3) - BLACK EDITION - very good quad core cpu, i check the requirements of the civ5 as I have it too, this would easily handle any processing power needed.

lol i would have been faster but had to find civ 5 to check the recommended specs. lol, cant wait for bf3 lol

civ 5 isnt tooo demanding but is a little to an extent when things get crowded when i last looked back. so the 6850 or above should be perfectly fine

Nearly out soon, just hope all those bugs gets fixed in time, quite annoying getting killed through a giant rock or when killed from across the other side of the map from a mere rifle bullet.

yeah i found alot of bugs in metro, but hardly any in caspian sea, also since yesterday started using homeplugs and now no lag at all. but that may be because of i only go in Uk servers.
