PRO's

Runs crysis like a dream and looks very photorealistic.
the windows enviroment is quick.
extracting movie zip files at size 2 gigs is completed in roughly 7 seconds.
case looks nice (but alot bigger thani thought it would be)

CONS: the boot files have been installed on a seperate hard drive to windows for some reason. someone suggested swapping sata cables round and reinstalling windows. i say "no thanks this is why i paid PCS £1k to do it all for me.
the courier dropped the box (order 409619) infront of me on the step from a height of about 1ft. i got the feeling he did it on purpose but who knows.
didnt complain because i wasnt in the mood for a row / fight.

anyway happy with my purchase for the time being :)

one quick question, what does extraction rely on? you said 2gb - 7 secs, is that because of the processor, hard drive, RAM, what?

windows boot on other disc or partition is normal for windows 7, its just the way the installer runs for some reason. My work pc has 7 installed on it aswell as kUbuntu and Red Hat, even though I installed windows on as the first OS it still decided to install the boot parition to my secondary drive and the rest of OS to primary, even though I specifically told it not to lol.

This I believe has also been reported to microsoft, but not entirely sure on that, just one of the other developers at work mentioned it to me the other day.

i would have kicked his ass, seriously.

I would have rared up on that guy, you don't just go and drop a £1k piece of tech with FRAGILE on the side like a *******!

I would have complained to the company and got that guy fired,

Lord help him if I am unlucky enough to get him or anyone similar when my PC is delivered!!!

Totally agree. You should have written down the guys name and truck/van plate and complained.
