hi i recently bought a monster pc specs below

Case
CORSAIR 4000D RGB AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE

Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 24-Core Processor 285K (Up to 5.7GHz) 36MB Cache

Motherboard
GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS MASTER (LGA1851, DDR5, PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7)

Memory (RAM)
64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 5200MHz (2 x 32GB)

Graphics Card
16GB ZOTAC GEFORCE RTX 4080 SUPER TRINITY BLACK EDITION - HDMI, 3 x DP

1st M.2 SSD Drive
4TB SAMSUNG 990 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe 4.0 & 5.0 NVMe (up to 7250MB/R, 6300MB/W)

Power Supply
CORSAIR 850W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET

COOLING
CORSAIR H100x RGB ELITE HIGH PERFORMANCE CPU COOLER

Network Card
ASUS XG-C100C V2 10 Gigabit PCI-E CARD (1 x RJ45)

ALL DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE

my issues are
random internet drops (nothing wrong with internet or wire tested with old rig aswell) when looking on ethernet settings it says connected

when loading elden ring it blue screens and restarts

when watching twitch streams and playing games at same time twitch streams stutter and pause (wasnt an issue on older rig )

older rig included 2080ti nvidea i5 core processor some asus mother board

ive contacted pcs hoping they maybe can recollect and test because this pc has cost me 3.5k on finance and having these issues on a monster of a pc is kinda fustrating

this is the 1st time ive had issues with a pc from pcs 3rd time buying

any have any solutions

It's a shame you didn't get advice, those processors are not very good performance wise, nor stability wise.

I would cancel it and get some advice on something more suitable.

As above, if you have the option I would cancel and get some advice. It's not a setup that anyone in the know would recommend. Some of the choices are quite a bit out, namely the storage and the PSU. The Cooler is OK-ish but not for that CPU, you would need the best to even consider keeping it in check at load.

Could u help me change these things to make it better

Also it's currently on finance so I'm guessing that would be canceled aswell but if they can just change parts thay would be great just need suggestions on changes much appreciated

Once you’ve cancelled and got your money back then come back and we can advise on something suitable

You can’t change parts, the whole platform is incorrect

They will wipe it anyway but it's up to yourself. If there's anything sensitive at all on there, accounts or anything, I would tend to do a proper reformat before sending back. Reset would likely cover your needs though.
