New build help for a nooby.

Hey guys I'm looking to build a new pc and give my old one to the misses. I've got a budget of about £1000 - £1200.

I'd like the GTX 1070 not sure really on RAM and other stuff I'm really nooby when it comes to building a PC.

It's mainly going to be used for gaming and watching youtube / twitch etc. I play games like WoW and Splinter Cell etc. Got quite a lot of games.

So yeah, any help on a build would be really appreciated, I was looking at the Sideman Pro III, if I order by 3pm it could be with me tomorrow. I like that! lol.

You're going to struggle to get a balanced 1070 build for £1200. You're not going to get a sensible i5, an SSD/HD combo, a decent PSU and a 1070 for that budget for sure. You could compromise on some of the bits to squeeze it in though and get something like the below (weakish SSD, weaker psu):

That's more like £1400 The next day machines obviously are a little lower spec than what you can get with the configurator, in that you're paying a premium for the next day aspect of them. If you can wait for a regular build, you can get better performance for the same cash:

The faster DDR4 might be a particular asset in WoW - I've seen a user on the (now deleted) WoW gaming forum post benches of significant returns with faster DDR4 and an overclocked Skylake CPU. It also has a much faster SSD.
