What's your max budget?

There are a couple of standout bits:

The motherboard, it's worth pushing for the Gigabyte X570, just has better VRM support and better futureproofing.

The RAM, worth upping to 3200MHz which is the sweetspot for Ryzen, you may actually find it's cheaper ironically or certainly not much more expensive.

The PSU, I would try upping to the TXm model, it's substantially hardier and semi modular so less cables in the case so improved airflow.

The cooler, I would personally want a 240mm Radiator on that build.

That should make a significant improvement to the core build and allow better for future upgrades and stability.

I have been researching and tweaking for over 2 weeks now and I need to tie this down. I have gone over budget twice but I like the look of the following. A big thanks to some of the mods on here including @SpyderTracks. I am a professional designer and aviation enthusiast. I run Ps, Ai, and Id never closes on my computer. Occasionally I will run a p1080p project in Pr but not often. I want to run x-plane on weekends (I want it to look and feel great) Can some confirm that this kind of build comes to me ready to power on or is there any assembly required? Many thanks in advance.

Looks excellent to me. You may want to bump the PSU to the 650W in case you want to add a more powerful GPU in the future, but other than that it's idea.

What was your max budget? There's a huge value review spec for £1500

This is great, I went for the faster ram because 3200 seems to be considered the sweetspot for AMD processors? Also, I feel like I need the amount of Ram because of the multitasking that I'm doing. Tell me though, how can this machine be at that price but when I configure it, the price sky-rockets??

It's a pre-configured, heavily discounted, review spec. You can't make any changes to it or the discount is removed.

With the RAM, the faster the better definitely applies...... however, a 3900X with 3000mhz RAM is going to smash a 3800X with 3200Mhz RAM.

It's a compromise, no doubt. There's an open case policy though so you could switch out the RAM with 2x16GB 3200Mhz when you receive it and sell on the 2x8GB 3000mhz :)
