New budget PC check

Hello đź‘‹ my first PC specialist computer has grown old and I'm looking for a new one, hoping this one is much more stable and powerful than my last. Bigger budget too (max around 3600).
Could someone check if this is OK? Last time I made a few mistakes in my choices and am a bit nervous to do it again as it caused a lot of grief

EDIT:
I have always used AMD but I am pretty sure I want more cores for my 3D work, the intel issues do worry me though..

Intel 13th and 14th Gen confirmed defective

So there's been a lot of upset gathering steam on the inter webs with intermittent games crashes on Intel 13th and 14th gen. Workarounds range from underclocking to disabling ecores. BUT, there are a lot of people finding that simply disabling hyperthreading is a proper solution. The findings...

Oh shoot! Thanks for letting me know, what should I get instead?
Around 3500 is my max but willing to do a few hundred more if there is a big improvement

Is gaming the primary use? Is 3D design just as important?
To be honest, I'd match a far better display with a ÂŁ3600 build, what's your budget for it?

3D is the primary use, a nice looking gaming rig is a nice bonus, however looks (rendering) are not as important as performance as I am a animator

As for the monitor I am not sure on getting a new one, that's my current one and most of the time I am staring at my touchscreen drawing tablet not the monitor
