Never got arkam asylum in my start pack ? or do i get it after its released ? i orded my pc on the 22nd of september.

I think it depends if pcs had any left. There are only a certain amount of codes for the game, and i believe the codes come from nvidia so once the codes run out, thats it.

How about giving the call centre a call. There the only ones who can sort this for you.
