What's your reason for the upgrades, what are you hoping to gain from it?
That PC is really end of life, I wouldn't suggest putting any money into it, just save up for a replacement.

Like I say, it's end of life, a new build would make more sense
You'd have to change PSU and depending on what processor you chose likely the case and cooler also.
It's a full system rebuild.
