Need help with order.

I ordered a PC by finance on the 26th of november, on the 27th it was accepted and i was asked to send them the agreement slip, signed. So i did this like 5 day's ago, VIA firstclass, and it should of got to them the next day? now im 4 days down the line and nothings been said? My mum ordered the pc, and the order number is 366026

So annoyed, it's taking hitachi this long, when on the phone they said instantly, tell you.

Just for reference, according to the Royal Mail, first class post takes 1-4 days (yeah, I always thought it was generally next day, but no such luck anymore), and given the bad weather, it could just be somewhere in the mail still.

Normally delivers next working day, they said on royal mail, even in these concitions, they said on the phone. never more than 2-3 days? lol..
And none of this was in the contract/terms and conditons, That i would have to do all this.

Yeah, however it's a well known fact, if you don't need it delivered in a hurry, it'll be delivered next day, if you do however need it delivered quickly, they always seem to take forever

It's more than likely a standard finance agreement thing that you have to send them a signed document in the post.

Yes but PC specialist didnt specify this, which includes waiting so long, through the finance process to actually start the order. they make it seem like, once u get accepted the credit check they'll start.

Actually if you look at the diagram on http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/finance/ it does tell you that only once the finance company have received your signed document and notified PCS, then your order will be processed
