Overall amazing, I can't fault PCS especially given everything that is going on at the moment.
My laptop came on the 17th Oct after waiting 2 weeks for it to be built, it came faulty with a flickering screen. After a little back and forth on the phone and a few hours on hold (They need to change their hold music it's painful) I sent the laptop for an RMA last Tuesday (20th Oct). They paid for shipping which was great. My laptop was sent as a priority so I'm not sure it will always be as fast but I've just opened my laptop up now and so far it's working perfectly (hopefully will continue too). Just over a week turn around, I believe they only started working on it last Thursday (22nd Oct) so they've done great. They've essentially built me a new laptop as there was a fault with the chassis, which won't have been a cheap repair for them.
I would highly recommend PCS and if you need to RMA you pc then do so. Their customer service is amazing, I've spoken to a few people over the past week and they've all been great, very friendly and reassuring.
