I notice two major issues, issues that will cost you more money.

The 64gb memory is seriously overkill, especially for a laptop. I understand you want to edit 4k video but 32gb is more than capable while offering extra headroom. The laptop cpu would be the bottleneck before the RAM.

Next issue, although the 850 Evo is a nice ssd, you can instantly save money and add an extra 12gb of storage by opting for a samsung pm951. The pm951 is much quicker for read (which is great for obvious reasons) and a Slight improvement for write. You could, which I recommend, spend an additional £55 (based on the spec you provided) and get a samsung sm951 ssd which is much better than the 850 Evo for read and write speed.

One further thing to consider is that the 200w charger is going to make the laptop less portable than the 180w Power supply. How less portable, I wouldn't be able to tell u.

The proccesor you chose is only marginly better than the non clockable option and if you have no plans to overclock, would be an extremely bad value for money option.

I believe the spec you listed would cost £1784, after the change to use the quicker pm951, the price drops to £1775. Dropping the ram to 32gb will then take you to £1696, and then with the £88 saving you can improve the ssd even greater to the sm951 taking you to £1760, meaning you have saved £15 from your listed spec.

Same as the comment above mate. 64gig of ram is far too much, the only use that will serve you is to be able to say you have 64 gig of ram to people. Its obvious you have just put all the PCS setttings on full, however its a bit unnecissarry.
I believe there is a new geforce mobile graphics card coming out in a month or 2, if you wait for that you will have a much better graphics card, the 980m is still a solid card which will play anything on full spec.

I forgot to mention that, the new Nvidia graphics cards, the 1070 and 1080 should be dropping around August and they are much better than the 980 if your prepared to wait
