Not sure about the Intel cooler. From what i read almost every air cooler beat it let alone the Coolit options... otherwise sweeeeeeeeeeeeet :)

As far as I am aware the wireless headset is USB which would mean it wont utilise the sound card when using the headset. Not certain though but I think the G700 is usb.

either ditch the headset and get a digital headset or ditch the soundcard.

I'd get a 3D surround setup to justify those 4GB GTX 680. I could say that you'd save money with a GTX 670 SLI setup but you have so many overkill components for gaming anyways that I don't think it really matters at this point. :)
