MS Office issues

Hello again, I'm currently having some problems with MS Office.
I paid for a full license when ordering from PCS, launched one of the apps just now and it tells me that I can only use it for 30 days.
I tried using my phone number, punched it in, it returned my email address. I never gave MS either of those contact methods, meaning PCS must have done it. But when I try to use my number, it says it might already be in use with another MS product. I then try to actually log in with it, and it says "this phone number doesn't look right".

I have no idea what to do, I don't have any physical media or a license key for Office so any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your PCS account to see if theres anything in the downloads section?

I have MS Office 365, which is managed through my microsoft account along with the digital licence for windows itself, might be worth having a look there https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb

If you sign into your account and go to the account management page, 365 is a subscription so its likely to be a bit different but worth a go.

I tried activating directly from one of the apps, got redirected to MS activation page, it detected my email, account data and MS Office license type, told me to go back to the app to finish set up, the app told me that the key I just used doesn't match the license/version/whichever. Basically I got a big fat no.

What did you buy though, O365 or a static code? If it's a static code, then you'll need to contact PCS.

I better. Oh and I finally paid attention to the error message, not that it will change much, "the products we found in your account can't be used to activate [app name]".
