Mouse 2nd function not working correctly

Just got the new pc up and running, loaded my Star Wars games (Star Wars Jedi outcast and Star Wars Jedi Academy) on it, and now my 2nd attack ability with the right mouse button won’t work properly. I checked the game on the old PC and it runs fine,can anyone help diagnose the problem please? i have made the settings the same on both PC's, the only thing i can see is that on the new gaming PC the mouse hair is still visable on screen when the game starts up, i have checked the setting on the PC and in game.

Found ot the problem, this may help others.
Apparently It is resolved by opening Xbox Game Dock (pressing the windows key & G together) and disabling the "Show tips when I start a game" option under general settings.
