Monitoring Temperature

Anyone recommend a good piece of software for monitoring my computers temp? I'm looking to see what my graphics/cpu idle at and what they are when I play a game such as BF3/Skyrim.

I'd also be interested to know what your GFX/CPUs temps are at idle and also while playing, just so I can get a rough estimate at what mine should be.

I've got a HD6950 and an i5-2500k.
