I wouldn't get the HyperX Beast memory you'll get no benefit. Go for the HyperX Genesis instead. I'd look at an FX CPU as well as there's no point getting an APU if you're buying a dedicated GPU.

I would suggest doing more research on the spec you require. 4gb ram is enough for gaming and you can easily add more in the future. You can either get 8gb ram and downgrade the gpu which is not ideal for gaming or stick with 4gb and keep a better gpu for gaming.

you need a better case, the one you selected is not suitable for a gaming rig. You won't get any improvement gaming wise with 2400mhz, 1600mhz is good enough.

That spec looks alright, if your maxed budget wise then I think you can go ahead and order, if you have anything left get the caviar black.

And yes, your build will play Minecraft very happily. You could just get a better PC for the price.

Getting a gaming PC with ram less than 8gb is probably not a good idea.
