Mid range laptop that doesn't overheat way too much ?

Hello everyone, sorry for my poor English in advance, and I can give more clarification if you don't understand one of my sentences.

I'm currently searching for a new laptop as my MSI is starting to randomly lag after 3.5 years, and is also suffering from keyboard and overheat. Even if I know that all laptop will suffer from heat eventually, will this spec be enough to run "high" game (The Witcher 3, Apex Legends, Cyberpunk (quite the exception as it seems to take a load of resources), ect.) in medium with 60 fps ?

The laptop that I currently own is suffering from overheating issue since day one, but today it's gotten way worse than before : 95 degree from both GPU and CPU after 5 minutes of running Overwatch, Dead By Daylight, Apex on medium/low, and I'm forced to put it down to 30 fps and lock my laptop on economy mode... It's maybe the thermal paste that's causing it, the dust, or the fan not working as much as before ? Anyways can the laptop from pcspecialist be open easily with the right tools, like an opening kit ? Is the overheating tolerable without having too much lag, or should I reduce the performance if needed ?

Thank you for reading !

And here's the spec :

I don´t know about that particulier laptop, but I know the Nova 15.6 is very easy to get into (have one myself). 2 screws to remove the external battery, and 5 to take the back off. It is a DTR (desktop replacement) however, which means it has a desktop CPU, but has poor batteri life (1 hour or so), is a bit thicker (better cooling) and heavier (not that much IMHO).

Some questions you will probably be asked by someone more knowledgeable than me:
1. How important portability and battery life is for you? If its not that important (like if its gonna be pugged in most of the time), you might wanna look into a DTR like the nova.
2. What is your budget?
