Will there be any problems that the configurer has missed?
Or are there any parts that could be replaced for better performance at the same or cheaper price?

What is your budget? If you are not planning in overclocking the CPU the i5-3570 will be a good choice as well as a caviar black as the main drive and the triple copper heatpipe cpu cooler. You may want to consider at least silver warranty for £5.

My Maximum budget would be around £1,410. As for the 3570K I plan on overclocking at a much later stage, and getting this one will leave the option if want to, instead of upgrading. How big is the difference in read/write speed between the two HDD's? As for the Cpu cooler I really don't know what I need. Will get the warranty though as it's a good price, thanks :)

I don't know the actual difference in speed but from previous threads the caviar black is always recommended, I do have one and it works great. If you are planning in overclocking your CPU you may need to upgrade your cpu cooler but for gaming is not really needed. The triple copper heatpipe is a good choice when you are not planning in overclocking your CPU.

I think I will get the Caviar black and the cooler, but I think overclocking it wouldn't be too necessary as it should run fine. Later down the line I might upgrade a few cooling components etc. with the aim to overclock it, but right now I don't have the experience nor the knowledge about Oc'ing to do it well :p

Your spec should run perfectly fine without overclocking the cpu and with a budget of £1410 you could also consider a GTX 670.

I wouldn't bother about overclocking,it wont enhance gaming much if any.
If your set on that monitor I would just get a standard mouse and keyboard for now then upgrade later.Best get the best gaming rig you can afford to start off with then upgrade peripherals later.I would suggest something like this.

I agree with vanthus :)

No need to overclock at all for gaming, unless you play very cpu intensive games, such as shogun 2 total war, (bear in mind though, a OC for this game, would only benefit when you set the settings to absolute max, to help increase the frames per second)
