Loud Noise issue

I brought a PC from here several weeks ago and everything was fine until about a week ago when this loud buzzing noise comes out of nowhere but its always random when it arrives and for how long. I did some checks using software and visual checks but found no reason for it. I can have my PC on all day with nothing and then next morning turn it on and the sound occurs right away and either goes away on its own or requires me to shut down/restart several times for it to go away though sometimes I have to leave PC off for a extended period of time.

After checking on Google about my water cooling unit that some people have complained about noise from it and primarily when the fan hits 100% speed and after watching a YouTube video the sound did seem to sound familiar with what I can hear. I've never used water cooling before but could it be this? its pretty loud buzzing that had me worried at first and sometimes even vibrates my case. One of the reasons I went with water cooling apart from better performance was I had heard its much quieter than fans but this noise is so loud and feels like my PC is about to suffer some kind of fault.

Loud buzzing noises are typically caused by a fan not quite spinning correctly - typically down to an issue with one of the bearings in the fan being a little off. It's a very common problem.

Best thing to do would be to try and isolate exactly what part of the PC is making the noise. If it is a fan (either case fan or GPU fan) then giving it a very gentle nudge will often get it back to spinning freely again. Although this will only be a short term fix and it is likely to restart again - on the plus side a noisy fan isn't likely to cause any other problems with the PC although it can be unbearably annoying. Ultimately the fan would need to be replaced to fix the problem.

If it isn't the fan then a buzzing noise could be a serious problem. If it's the hard disk then likely to be warning of imminent failure. If it's the PSU then you really don't want to be using the PC (PSU fan less of a worry, but not something fixable without replacing the entire PSU).

I had this problem, but still no fix, all I could do was restart my PC and it would go luckily. Its probably something to do with a fan.
