The RX5700XT is a low-mid 1440p card, so although you could go for a 144Hz monitor you might not get the full benefit of that refresh rate. Alternatively you could go for a 60/75Hz monitor, although as the guide says that's a bit of an odd niche for gaming.

I'd personally aim for 1440 144hz with adaptive/freesync. If in the future you do get a more powerful card (simple upgrade path) save you potentionally having to buy a new monitor.
