Looking for an upgrade to my gaming PC

Hi All

I'm looking at a few builds to upgrade to the one I have at the moment. Since technology has moved on, I would appreciate any upgrade or downgrade to the build listed. I would ideally like to spend around 1500pounds but can push for a few more over than.

Looking for any improvements if any to any of the components and your views. The builds are nearly the same just wanted to see which is the better of the two, and is it better to have a ssd in the 1st main hard drive or m.2....im still not sure.

Avoid the Sharkoon case as the airflow and cooling options are not great and just about everything else that's a few quid more e.g. Game Max Falcon is a lot better for the money.

What monitor are you gaming on?

Depends on the SSD. A cheap, cheap M.2 SSD will be slower than a good Sata SSD like the 860 Evo. However, the better M.2 SSDs will be much faster than any sata SSD. But of course, they tend to be more expensive. And your framerate in games would be unaffected.
