Hey guys

Didn't really know where this should go but I've had my PC for maybe a month and absolutely love it but I'm looking for advice on what I should upgrade first?

My current specs are;

Case - NZXT PHANTOM 410 WHITE GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU) - Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-4460 (3.2GHz) 6MB Cache
Motherboard - ASUS® H81M-PLUS: Micro-ATX, LG1150, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs
Memory (RAM) - 8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)
Graphics Card - 2GB AMD RADEON™ R7 370 - DVI, HDMI, DP - DX® 12, Eyefinity
Hard Drive - 1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 32MB CACHE
DVD Drive - 24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM
Power Supply - CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES™ VS-450 POWER SUPPLY
Processor Cooling - INTEL STANDARD CPU COOLER

Any advice would be fantastic.

Thanks guys :)

Without indicating your budget and intended use is difficult to give advice on potential upgrades. Is it struggling running your applications/programmes?

There isn't any major problem, the only problem I can think of is that when playing games my fps will drop but then goes back to normal. I didn't state a budget because I don't plan on doing it all at once, I was going to buy something each month regardless of price, as long as it was beneficial.

I think it depends on your budget. Not sure what games you play but for instance you could consider a gpu upgrade but that involves a psu upgrade as well. If the games you play are running ok and you are happy with performance then an ssd?

Before you plan on getting the GTX970, or indeed a 980Ti... you should also plan on upgrading your Power Supply Unit first, as 450W seems too low to power either of these GPUs.

(edit: which I see Keynes said above "you could consider a gpu upgrade but that involves a psu upgrade as well")

Id also agree an SSD would be a good upgrade, and its something that is a really noticeable improvement too, (if you make that your primary Windows/ boot drive instead of the current one anyways)
