I'm looking for advice on which CPU cooler option to pick for minimum noise.

I'll be going for the AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - see full specs below - Thanks :)

For the Fractal case I would personally recommend the H115i RGB PRO XT over the Platinum. Functionally, they are the same cooler but the extra RGB fans on the Platinum are somewhat redundant as the case has a solid side panel. The cooler comes with premium thermal paste pre-applied so you don't need the arctic thermal paste and yes, you won't need the extra 2 case fans.

You could optimise your storage a little more by adding an M.2 SSD as your OS drive, this will lead to much faster boot times.
