I'm not sure I understand your question.

What upgrades have you done?
What is your budget?
Where is the PC falling short?
What monitor are you using?

It's a pretty solid build for its time, so with answers to these we should be able to work out a good way forward for you.

i was looking to change the gpu and add some more ram still use 1080p 144hz monitor what is the next upgade from rtx 2060 is it easy swap out will buy from pc specialist.

If you can answer the questions we can offer some advice

no upgrades have been done from when i brought it in 2021 from pc specialist.
about £400 ish
looking to for higher fps my card as only got 6gb

For £400, the best upgrade would be the AMD 7700 XT. If you pushed to £500, you could get the 7800 XT. Either would be incredibly strong at 1080p, and be good options if you were to move to 1440p in future.

Now, more cards are being released over the next couple of months. These could cause price drops, though that's all guesswork. As it is, those are the best cards on offer. If you really wanted to stay with Nvidia (a bad call at this price), I'd go with the 4060 Ti 16GB, but it's a lower-performing card than either of the AMD options.
