Hi tried using the live chat for an order update, I got in and started to chat to Sam although I typed in the info he requested order no etc he didn't respond then left! now no live chat available... rather frustrating...

No idea why it should suddenly go down nor why it's not working now. FWIW I just tried and 'there are no operators available' (1839 UK time). Perhaps there's a problem?

I don't think it's personal. ;)

Just managed to get back in and get order update, as suspected GPU and CPU pre order ! 6900XT and the 5950..... could be a long wait
