I went onto live chat, and the automated thing said this: Your current position in the queue is 7. Approximate waiting time: 30 minute(s)

I was like, that's fine, now its on Your current position in the queue is 3. Approximate waiting time: 1 minute(s)

and it's been like this for 3 hours, almost 4.

Why does live chat take a while to get a response?

Busy staff? I'd suggest looking at the call time for waiting and just try and give them a call early mornings looked to be a good time to ring :) If not ask your questions here in the forum I'm sure people will be able to help
