Hi there,
I've attached my laptop specs and I am a PCSpecialist customer.
I was at meeting yesterday showcasing a VR experience to my client when suddenly this happened to my laptop monitor. However the performance of the VR experience or laptop in general was not diminished and the lines did not carry across to the VR headset which was tethered via USBC.
It wasn't knocked or hit, or tapped or moved erratically in any way whatsoever, it was just sitting on the desk untouched. I've used it for showcasing VR stuff since I've had it and never had issues.
Can you please help me solve this problem, I'm experienced in my own technical repairs so if it's something I can do myself with your guidence I'd be happy to try. I haven't opened it or attempted to fix it myself yet.
NOTE: I have installed and used DDU and reinstalled the GPU drivers since and nothing has changed. I suspect it's the ribbon connecting to the motherboard but then again it could be many things.
Please help
