Lenovo AIO - can I use the screen with a new desktop?

Hi all, so my trusty Lenovo has finally slowed down after 9 years of use, and I want to replace it. It has a 22 inch touch screen that is in amazing condition - and it seems a waste to bin this! Am I able to somehow buy a new desktop and use the screen from this still? I have tried to find an answer online and some have said yes, some say no. I have limited knowledge so I don't want to buy a new desktop tower then it doesn't work with the old screen. ( I'll just buy a new AIO if this is the case)

There is an HDMI slot on the back - but I can't tell if this is input or output! (have attached pic)

This is my device, if it helps:

Device name DESKTOP-APD7F2T
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
Device ID BC2D404B-6B9A-4281-84B6-BCEED3EC8315
Product ID 00325-95860-85421-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points

Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to read or answer this. :)
